Every Citrus & Sage clean follows the same room-by-room checklist, so you know what to expect before we ever knock. Here it is in full, along with the extras you can add and the few things we aren't able to take on.

Everything in the checklist comes with every clean, at no extra charge. The few items marked “on request” just need a quick heads-up so we plan the time.

These take extra time, so they're added to your quote rather than the standard clean. Add any of them to a visit, one time or every visit, and we'll build it into the plan.
Inside the refrigerator
Shelves, drawers, and walls wiped down and sanitized, ready to restock.
Inside the oven
Baked-on grime cut and scrubbed so the inside matches the cooktop.
Inside the freezer
Defrosted surfaces wiped and sanitized, ready to refill.
Inside cabinets and drawers
Emptied cabinet and drawer interiors wiped clean, crumbs and all.
Interior windows
Glass and sills cleaned inside the home for a brighter, streak-free view. Ask about sealing for longer-lasting clarity.
Blinds
Dusted and wiped slat by slat, where the dust really settles.
Wall washing
Scuffs and marks washed off painted walls, spot-treated or whole-room.
Doors and frames
Doors and their frames wiped down and spot-cleaned of marks and fingerprints, beyond the standard switch-plate touch-up.
Baseboard deep clean
Wiped and scrubbed, a step past the dusting that comes standard, for trim that holds onto grime.
Cabinet exteriors degreased
Cabinet fronts wiped down and degreased, beyond the standard dusting.
Good to know
What we aren't able to clean
A few jobs fall outside what we can safely take on. Our teams clean several homes a day, and some hazards can travel from one house to the next. Naming them up front saves you a wasted estimate and keeps every home we serve, including yours, protected.
Biohazards and bodily waste
Animal or human waste, blood, and similar biohazards need specialized remediation with equipment and disposal we don't carry. Handling them on a normal route would put the next home, and our team, at risk.
Pest infestations
Active infestations like roaches, fleas, or bed bugs call for licensed pest control first. Cleaning around them can carry the problem to our team and the homes they visit next.
Once a specialist has handled the remediation or treatment, we're glad to come in and do the full reset clean. Not sure where your situation falls? Just ask. We'll tell you honestly and point you toward the right help.
