These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Citrus & Sage website and your relationship with Citrus & Sage Cleaning Co. LLC (Citrus & Sage, we, us). The specific details of any cleaning you book, such as scope, price, and schedule, are confirmed in your estimate and booking. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to book a service, and at least 13 to use the website (and if you're under 18, with a parent or guardian's involvement). By using our site or booking a service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes. Please don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy our content, brand, photos, or text without permission. All site content is owned by Citrus & Sage or its licensors.

3. Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on the information you provide and, where possible, an in-person look at your home. Your price is confirmed when you book. If the home or the scope of work turns out to differ significantly from what we estimated, we'll talk with you before doing any additional work or adjusting the price.

4. Booking, scheduling, and access

When you book, we'll confirm your date, scope, and arrival window. You're responsible for providing safe access to your home and for letting us know about pets, alarms, or areas you'd prefer we skip. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as you can so we can adjust our schedule.

5. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice, typically at or after the time of service. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We may pause service on past-due accounts.

6. Our Happiness Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not 100% thrilled after any clean, we'll make it right. Just let us know within 24 hours of your visit, and we'll return to address what was missed or, if you prefer, provide a credit. This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning. It doesn't cover issues outside our control or the normal wear of your home.

7. Text messages (SMS)

By sharing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive service and account text messages from Citrus & Sage. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing or booking any service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We won't sell or share your opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. 8. Insurance and liability

Citrus & Sage is insured, with coverage that includes employee dishonesty, so your belongings are protected, not just your home. In the rare event we cause damage during a clean, please tell us promptly so we can make it right. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items of unusual fragility or value that we weren't told about. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that the information on it is complete or current. Your use of the website is at your own risk. This section does not limit our Happiness Guarantee or any warranty that cannot be excluded under law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citrus & Sage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service the claim relates to. Liability for damage we cause during a clean is addressed in the Insurance and liability section above. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law, such as for gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citrus & Sage and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

12. Third-party links

Our website may link to sites we don't control, such as our social media profiles or our payment provider. We provide these links for convenience and aren't responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those sites. Your dealings with any third party are between you and that third party.

13. Feedback and reviews

If you share feedback, photos, or a review with us, you give us permission to use and share it to describe and promote our services, with attribution as provided (for example, a first name and last initial). Let us know if you'd prefer we not.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date above shows the latest version, and continued use of our site or services means you accept the current Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.

16. General terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and Citrus & Sage regarding your use of the website. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, and these Terms create no third-party beneficiaries.
