Why Citrus & Sage Exists
Citrus & Sage started in the middle of the mess. Nicole Serrano was raising three kids four and under, living the exact overwhelm the company now exists to lift. The never-ending cooking and errands, the school logistics, the cleaning that never quite got done. She knew, first-hand, the weight of walking into a home that needed more than she had to give that day. She also knew what a real reset did for a week, how much lighter everything felt when home was calm and cared for. So she built a company around one simple idea: show up, handle it, and give people room to breathe. Not with judgment, not with a sales pitch. Just reliable, thoughtful care that makes home feel like home again. That's what Citrus & Sage has been doing ever since.

Nicole founded Citrus & Sage with a hands-on approach she's never let go of. She still personally oversees quality, trains every team member, and stays closely connected with clients. For her, this isn't just a business. It's a way to make a real difference in people's daily lives. She believes everyone deserves to come home to a space that feels calm, cared for, and ready to welcome them back.
